1. Shipping
If your total order is CAD $1000 or more, before taxes, we will ship your order across Canada for FREE. If it is less than CAD $1000 before taxes, you will be charged a flat shipping fee of CAD $50.
Once your order is received, we will first send you an acknowledgment email. After verifying product availability from our warehouse, we will confirm it via phone and/or email. Once the order is paid for in full, our staff will communicate details of shipping and time estimates with you via phone/email and make sure the entire process is smooth and seamless.

2. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at +1 416-740-2999 at smokenvape98@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
